摘 要:目的测定分析了解广州城市职业学院在校大学生的健康现状,对比研究生物电阻抗法(BIA)与几种成人体格常规测定方法。方法采用标准身高体重法(SHW)、体质指数法(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、皮褶法(SFT)和BIA法,对随机抽取的528名大学生进行体格和身体成分测量,比较和分析这5种方法的结果。结果 5种方法对男性和女性大学生肥胖率的测值:SHW肥胖率分别为3.70%和6.32%;BMI法肥胖率分别为8.64%和7.37%;WHR肥胖率分别为11.11%和12.63%;SFT肥胖率分别为8.64%和13.68%;BIA法分别为13.58%和14.74%。男生和女生的BIA法与SHW、BMI和SFT的测量结果均具有极显著的相关性(P<0.01),且BIA法与SFT结果的一致性最吻合。结论生物电阻抗法可以准确测量大学生的体脂肪率,在诊断肥胖方面较其它评价体方法可提供更详细和科学的结果。Objective To investigate the health condition of students in Guangzhou City Polytechnic, and make a comparison among bio-impedance analysis(BIA) and several conventional anthropometric methods. Methods Five hundred and twenty-eight college students were randomly selected for anthropometric studies, including standard height weight(SHW), body mass index(BMI), waist-hip ratio(WHR), skinfold thickness(SFT), and BIA were investigated simultaneously. Results The obesity rates of male and female college students based on 5 different methods were as follows:3.70% and 6.32% by SHW, 8.64% and 7.37 by BMI, 11.11% and 12.63% by WHR, 8.64% and 13.68% by SFT, and 13.58% and 14.74% by BIA. Furthermore, obesity rates by BIA had a significant correlation with those by SHW, BMI, and SFT(P〈0.1). The BIA and SFT had the best consistency in obesity rates in male and female college students. Conclusion BIA can accurately measure body fat ratio and provides more detail scientific information in obesity assessment.
