中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法:56例随机分成两组,对照组29例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组27例在常规治疗的同时给予大承气汤加味经胃管灌入。结果:治疗组较对照组腹胀减轻更快,治愈率更高,并发症及转手术率更少,死亡率更低。结论:中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果好。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：56cases of acute pancreatitis patient were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases of control group were treated with conventional western medicine while 27cases of therapic group were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results：The symptoms of abdominal distention in therapeutic group were obviously abated and recovered earlier than that in control group.The cure rate increased markedly while the complications,transferring operability and the mortality rate all decreased significantly in therapeutic group.Conclusion：Therapeutic efficacy which was treated by the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more efective than that of conventional western medicine.
