舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其对血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效及其对血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平的影响。方法 60例ACI患者随机分为对照组和舒血宁治疗组(舒血宁组),各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,舒血宁组在常规治疗的基础上加用舒血宁注射液。分别于治疗前和治疗后14 d测定IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平,同时进行神经功能缺损程度评分及临床疗效评价。结果治疗14 d后舒血宁组和对照组总有效率分别为93.33%和86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,舒血宁组患者治疗后神经功能缺损积分降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,舒血宁组患者治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁治疗ACI临床疗效显著,其机制可能与其降低血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平相关。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection and its influence on the serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into control group and Shuxuening group）. Patients in the control group were treated with conven-tional therapy while the patients in Shuxuening group were treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of conven-tional therapy. Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP were measured in these patients with ACI before and at day14 af-ter treatment, and the neurological deficit degree and the clinical effect were evaluated at the same time. Results Af-ter 14-day treatment,there was a statistical significant difference between the total effective rate of Shuxuening group and that of control group （93.33%vs 86.67%, P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP and the neural function defect degree in Shuxuening group declined obviously after 14-day treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening treatment shows significant effects on ACI, which may be related with the decreas-ing levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP in serum.
