摘　　要：随着人们对认知功能障碍认识的不断深入,各种认知功能评估量表不断更新,评估工具的发展也逐渐标准化。本文总结10余种临床常用认知功能评估量表的特点,并对其在认知功能障碍疾病中的临床应用进行综述,为医师更好地选择量表进行临床评估提供参考。Along with the deepened understanding of cognitive impairment, cognitive function assessment has developed into a series of standardized assessment tool. This paper makes a review of characteristics of more than 10 kinds of cognitive function assessment scales, and their clinical application in cognitive dysfunction with the aim of helping clinicians to assess congnitive impairment with targeted assessment scales.
