摘 要:离心振动台被认为是当今世界抗震领域最先进、最有效的实验设备,针对离心振动台的耦合特性提出了轻柔基础、液压执行机构、岩土模型的耦合数学模型。首先将轻柔基础简化为连续质量弹簧,推导了轻柔基础固有频率的估计方法和轻柔基础动态特性的等效方法。其次,根据离心振动台的耦合等效模型,利用4类基础方程推导了耦合系统的传递函数。最后,研究了离心振动台的伺服控制策略,通过前置滤波器、三状态反馈控制器、顺馈控制器的设计,可使耦合系统的频宽满足设计要求。A centrifugal shaker is considered as the most advanced and effective equipment in aseismic field.A coupled mathematical model of a light-flexible base,a hydraulic actuator and a soil model was established to clarify the coupling characteristic of a centrifugal shaker.The light-flexible base was firstly simplified as a continuous mass spring to deduce the natural frequencies estimation method of the light-flexible base and to derive the equivalent method for the base's dynamic characteristic.Then,the transfer function of the coupled system was deduced by integrating four kinds of the fundamental equations according to the prior equivalent model of the centrifugal shaker.Finally,the servo control strategy of the centrifugal shaker was investigated.The design requirement of the system's frequency bandwidth was satisfied by designing a forward filter,a three-state feedback controller and a forward-feed controller.
