摘　　要：围绕可靠性模型对固态雷达发射机的可靠性进行了分析，提出了影响固态发射机可靠性的几个方面，并结合某固态雷达发射机的具体设计实例，从子单元、监控保护、结构工艺及散热等方面论述了提高固态发射机可靠性的方法。An analysis is made on the reliability of the solid-state radar transmitter based on the reliability model, and several aspects influencing the reliability are proposed in this paper. Combined with design examples of a solid-state transmitter, the design methods to improve the solid-state transmitter are discussed from many aspects such as sub-element system, protection of monitoring and controlling, structural technology and heat abstraction.
