欠发达地区产业升级态势及其影响因素分析——以广东韶关为例

摘　　要：研究韶关市产业升级的几个主要影响因素,揭示欠发达地区产业结构升级态势与基本特征。运用More值、产业结构年均变动值、产业结构超前系数、产业结构偏离度和比较劳动生产率对韶关市时序序列产业结构数据进行了特征研判,并以More值为被解释变量,从要素禀赋条件、产业基础、集群(聚)状况、创新能力和价值链链接等5个方面构建了28个影响因子,对2000—2010年韶关市产业升级影响因素进行相关与回归分析。韶关市三产结构总体上表现为向高级化升级的发展趋势,并呈现出以资源加工型、传统型制造行业为主要升级方向的基本特征。劳动力、外商直接投资(FDI)是产业升级的主要驱动因子,工业增加值能耗、单位GDP能耗也与产业升级速率存在较强的相关性。Upgrading the industrial structure is an important indicator of economic development in less devel- oped regions. With the analytical methods of More, the average annual change of the industrial structure, in- dustrial structure ahead of the coefficient, the degree of deviation of industrial structure and comparative labor productivity, the characteristics of industrial structure in Shaoguan are judged, the correlation and regression factors analysis are used with the explanatory variable of More, explanatory variables from the factor endow- ment conditions, industrial base, the cluster （poly） status, innovation and value chain links, five categories of 28 impact factors. In terms of the overall performance the industrial structure in Shaoguan is on the develop- ment trend of high-class upgrade, and presents the basic characteristics of the resource processing, traditional manufacturing industries as the main direction of upgrade. The labor and foreign direct investment （FDI） are the main driving factor for industrial upgrading, as well as industrial added value of energy consumption, unit GDP energy consumption rate of industrial upgrading has a strong correlation
