摘 要:以玉米淀粉和聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,甘油为增塑剂,通过熔融挤出法制备了淀粉/PLA可生物降解复合材料。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)对不同甘油用量制备的复合材料进行了测试,探讨甘油用量对复合材料热性能的影响。DSC分析结果表明,随着甘油用量增多,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度先升高后降低,复合材料中PLA的结晶度逐渐减小。TGA分析结果表明,随着甘油用量增多,复合材料的热分解起始温度和分解最大速率温度逐渐降低。DSC和TGA结果都表明,随着甘油用量增多,复合材料中两相的相容性逐渐提高。Starch/PLA biodegradable composite was prepared by melt extrusion with corn starch and polylactic acid (PLA) as raw material, and glycerol as plasticizer. In order to investigate the effect of glycerol amount on the thermal properties of composites, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to test the composites with different glycerol amount. DSC analysis results showed that, with the increasing of glycerol amount, the glass transition temperature of composites increased first, then decreased, and the crystallization of PLA in the composites reduced gradually. TGA analysis results showed that, with the increasing of glycerol a- mount, thermal decomposition starting temperature and decomposition temperature of the maximum rate decreased gradually. Both DSC and TGA results showed that, the compatibility of composite two-phase increased gradually with the increasing of glycerol amount.
