适应珠三角地区物流产业转型升级的高职报关与国际货运专业改革

摘　　要：珠三角地区物流产业转型升级需要大量高职报关与国际货运专业人才,并明确提出了职业能力提升要求,高职院校为适应人才需求和职业能力的更高要求必须进行专业改革,提高人才培养质量。文中分析了珠三角地区物流产业转型升级主要方向和职业能力提升要求,以广东交通职业技术学院报关与国际货运专业为例,提出了一系列专业改革措施,介绍了改革方案实施状况;改革成效表明,专业改革有效增强了学生的职业能力和岗位适应性,初步为珠三角地区物流产业转型升级提供了人才支撑。Logistics industry transformation and upgrading in Pearl River Delta area demands many talents of higher vocational customs declaration and international freight specialty, which makes higher requirements on vocational abilities. In order to adapt to talent demands and higher requirements on vocational abilities, it＇s necessary to reform the program to improve the quality of talent cultivation. The paper first analyzes the major direction of logistics industry transformation and upgrading in PRD area and higher requirements on vocational abilities, and then it proposes a series of measures of program reform, and introduces the implementation status of reform solution. The results indicate that the reform effectively strengthens students＇ vocational abilities and positional adaptability in giving preliminary talent support to logistics industry transformation and upgrading in PRD area.
