摘　　要：和谐的人际关系是和谐社会的基础。对于高职院校大学生而言,各类人际关系相对较为简单,受限于社会阅历、知识结构、处事能力等原因,在和谐人际关系方面还存在不足。文章通过对高职院校大学生人际关系现状及影响因素分析,提出高职院校大学生构建和谐人际关系对策。Harmonious interpersonal relationship is the foundation of harmonious society.For college students,all kinds of interpersonal contact is relatively simple,limited to the social experience,knowledge structure,ability and other reasons,the harmonious interpersonal relationship deficiencies.In this paper,through the analysis of the factors of interpersonal relationship of vocational college students and the influence of harmonious interpersonal relationship,puts forward countermeasures of college students in vocational college.
