替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察及分析替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法选取2011年4月~2013年6月于本院进行治疗的64例晚期胃癌患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各32例，对照组采用氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂进行治疗，观察组采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗。比较两组治疗2个周期后的有效率及治疗前后的肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组中Ⅲ期、郁期及整组有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后1个周期与2个周期观察组血清CA199、CEA及CA724均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果较好，对于病灶及其血液相关检测指标有较好的控制作用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 64 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from April 2011 to June 2013 were selected,and were divided into control group （32 cases） and observa-tion group （32 cases）,fluorouracil combined with oxaliplatin was given to the control group,gimeracil and oteracil poras-sium capsules combined with oxaliplatin was given to the observation group.The effective rate at second cycle and tu-mor markers before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group at second cycle were higher than those of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;serum tumor markers at first and second cycle after the treatment in observation group were all lower than those of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules com-bined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is better,and it has better effect for the control of fo-cus and related blood detection indexes.
