摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗儿童变态反应性结膜炎的临床效果。方法选取60例儿童变态反应性结膜炎患者,按照就诊顺序编号将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组30例,对照组行普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上行盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组症状与体征评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为40.0%,研究组总有效率为80.0%,研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗儿童变态反应性结膜炎效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with pranoprofen drops in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children. Methods 60 cases of children with allergic con-junctivitis were selected,and were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the treatment of patients sequentially number,the control group were treated with eye drops pranoprofen drops,the study group were treated with olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops on the basis of control group,the clinical effect was compared. Results The signs and symptoms score of study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈05）.The total effective rate of the control group was 40.0%,of the study group was 80.0%,the total effective rate of study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of olopa-tadine hydrochloride eye drops treating allergic conjunctivitis in children is well,is safe,be worthy of clinical application.
