摘　　要：本文对原创科研成果产出与人才培养关系进行了分析,指出了目前研究生培养在科技创新方面存在的问题,并对清华大学低维量子物理国家重点实验室的科研团队中有高质量科研创新成果产出的研究生和导师进行了调研,指出了导师在人才培养方面的重要作用,以及积极的工作氛围、高效精诚的合作、完善的学术交流平台对原创科研成果产出的推动作用.It analyzed the relationship between original scientific research results and cultivation of talents, pointed out the problems of the current postgraduate training in scientific and technological innovation. Through the investigation of the tutor and the graduate students who have high-quality original scientific research results in the State Key Laboratory of Low-dimensional Quantum Physics in Tsinghua University, it found the role of tutor in the postgraduate training, as well as the positive work environments, efficient cooperation, and various communication platforms for academic exchanges are important for promoting scientific and technological innovation in the postgraduate training.
