摘　　要：目的　探讨乳酸细菌中的明串珠菌对血清胆固醇的影响。方法　通过给实验性高胆固醇血症家兔喂 L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌液 ,测定其血清胆固醇含量 ,并与持续高脂喂饲、停高脂喂饲后自然降低血清胆固醇比较 ,分析其对脂代谢的影响。结果　 L .sp.HXQ0 0 1菌有预防高脂饲料所引发的高胆固醇血症作用 ,对实验性高胆固醇血症有较好的降低血清胆醇作用。结论 :L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌显示有较好的调节血清胆因醇作用 ,有可能成为新的微生态调节剂 。Objective Toexplore Leuconostoc citreum of Lactobacillus to effect on cholesterin in serum.Manner To test the content of cholesterin in serum with L.sp.HXQ001 strain fed to rabbits of experimental highcholesterolemia and to analyse the effect of the fat metabolism ,compared with high Cholesterin feeds to raise continuously and stop doing ,then cholesterin in erum to drop naturally.Result :L.sp.HXQ001 strain canprevent highcholesterolemia arosed by high fat feeds and drop cholesterin in serum of experimental highcholemia arosed by high fat feeds and drop cholesterin in serum of experimental highcholesterolemia.Conclusion L.sp.HXQ001 strain has a regulating effect on the absorption and metabolism of cholesterin in serum,and a possibility to become a new microecological regulator and prevent highcholesterolemia.
