有斑百合花粉培养条件的研究

摘　　要：以黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、山东、河北等5个居群的有斑百合(Lilium concolor var.pulchellum)花粉为材料,采用了离体萌发法测定了花粉生活力,研究了不同光照条件,培养温度及不同浓度的蔗糖、硼酸以及含无机盐的培养液对花粉萌发率的影响,确定花粉最佳培养条件。结果表明:花粉最佳光照条件为太阳光,最适培养温度为25℃,最佳培养基配方为蔗糖100g/L+H3BO320mg/L+CaCl220mg/L。With the Lilium concolor var.pulchellum pollens which were collected from Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Shandong and Hebei as materials,the experiment determained the pollen viability of L.concolor var.pulchellum with the method of in vitro germination.The experiment studied the influence of the different light conditions,cultivate temperature,carring methods and various concentration of the sucrose,boric acid and inorganic nutrient solution on pollen germination,in order to get the best cultivate conditions of the L.concolor var.pulchellumpollen.The results showed that the best light conditions was sunshine,the best cultivate temperature was 25℃and that the optimum germination medium in the method of in vitro germination of L.concolor var.pulchellumpollen was a medium supplemented with sucrose 100g/L＋boric acid 20mg/L＋calcium chloride 20mg/L.
