摘　　要：切割器是甘蔗收获机械的重要组成部分。根据研究,从试验装置到物理样机的过渡,切割器结构与动力的工程实现、台架提升机构的设计、夹紧装置的布置都与切割器齿轮箱紧密联系。为此,利用有限元软件ANSYS的优化模块提供的一阶分析法,采取自上向下的建模方法,简化复杂的齿轮箱的实际模型,参数化齿轮箱体的结构尺寸,对齿轮箱体进行优化设计,使其达到了轻量化的设计目的。The cutter is the important part of sugar cane harvester , according to the research of our group , the gear box is closely linked to the transition from the test device to the physical prototype , cutter structure and dynamics of engineer-ing realization ,the bench lifting mechanism design and the clamping device layout of cutter .In this paper , by using finite element software ANSYS optimization module provides the first-order analysis , take modeling method from top to down , simplify the complicated actual model of gear box , parameterize the size of gearbox structure , size , optimize design the gearbox , so as to achieve the purpose of lightweight design .
