摘　　要：目的 探讨p-21激活激酶5（PAK5）在脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达情况以及对于脑胶质细胞瘤发生发展的意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测78例正常脑组织及脑胶质细胞瘤中PAK5的表达水平.结果 PAK5在高度恶性脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达量明显增高,PAK5在正常及癌旁组织和脑胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达量与性别、年龄因素无关.结论 PAK5在高度恶性脑胶质细胞瘤组织中表达量明显增高可能与PAK5主要促进脑胶质细胞瘤的迁移和侵袭有关。Objective To investigate the expression of PAK5 in glioma and its relationship with the development of glioma. Methods Immunohistoehemistry SP was adopted to detect the expression of PAK5 in 78 normal and glioma tissues. Results The expression of PAK5 was increasingly enhanced in highly malignant glioma. The amount of PAK5 was not associated with gender and age. Conclusion The overexpression of PAK5 in highly malignant glioma is likely related to the role of PAK5 in promoting the invasion and metastasis of glioma cells.
