摘　　要：目的 探讨羊膜移植治疗反复性角膜上皮糜烂的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析保存生物羊膜移植治疗的20例（21眼）反复性角膜上皮糜烂住院患者,术后随访观察3～16个月,对术后角膜上皮完全修复时间、视力提高情况进行分析评价.结果 21眼中19眼单纯羊膜移植术,术后角膜上皮完全修复时间最短3d,最长28 d;1眼于术后第8天羊膜融解,角膜上皮未愈合,经再次手术并联合佩戴角膜接触镜治疗后角膜上皮完全修复;1眼首次手术及联合佩戴角膜接触镜治疗,术后7d角膜上皮完全修复.术后视力提高（t=2.613,P=0.02）.结论 羊膜移植是治疗反复性角膜上皮糜烂的有效方法.Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation for recurrent corneal epithelial erosion.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 21 eyes of 20 cases with recurrent corneal epithelial erosion treated by amniotic membrane transplantation.The follow-up time was 3-16months.The complete repair time of corneal epithelium and the improvement of visual acuity were evaluated.Results Of the 21 eyes,19 eyes underwent amniotic membrane transplantation and the shortest repair time of corneal epithelium was 3 days,the longest was 28 days.The amniotic membrane of 1 eye was dissolved at 8 d after operation,and the comeal epithelium did not repair until reoperation of transplantation combined with wearing corneal contact lens.The comeal epithelium of the other 1 eye completely repaired at 7 d after amniotic membrane transplantation combined with wearing corneal contact lens.The visual acuity was improved after surgery （t =2.613,P =0.02）. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is effective for the treatment of recurrent corneal epithelial erosion.
