摘　　要：目的 总结重度囊袋收缩综合征眼手术治疗的经验.方法 对9例（9眼）重度囊袋收缩综合征进行原前囊口边缘连续环形撕囊手术,观察手术前后视力及人工晶状体位置的变化.结果 所有患者术后视力均有提高,人工晶状体复位.结论 手术是治疗重度囊袋收缩综合征的安全有效的方法.Objective To summarize the operation experience of surgical treatment for the serious capsular contraction syndrome.Methods Surgery was performed in 9 cases of serious capsular contraction syndrome,with continuous circular capsulorhexis （CCC） at the range of the primary CCC in cataract surgery.The pre-and post-operative best corrected visual acuity,and the position of intraocular lens were evaluated.Results The visual acuity and position of intraocular lens were improved in different degrees after operation in all cases.Conclusion Surgery is a safe and effective method for the serious capsular contraction syndrome.
