摘　　要：食品安全事关民生,近年来,河南省的食品安全问题层出不穷,不仅让消费者深受其害,也使政府的公信力遭到了质疑。河南省食品安全的法律保障在加强相关立法的同时,要注重执法,突出抓好食品安全监管的协调工作,加大处罚力度,促进食品安全法律保障水平的不断提升。Food safety is vital to the people＇livelihood. In recent years,food safety problems emerge one after another in Henan,which not only do great harm to the consumers but also challenge the public trust to the government. While strengthening relevant lawmaking for legal protection of food safety in Henan,law enforcement should also be emphasized. Especially we should concentrate on the coordination work to supervise food safety,and make punishments with greater strength so as to continually promote the level of legal protection for food safety.
