摘 要:远程教育学习支持服务运行体系具有可建构性、可运行性和可分配性的特点。作为一个自主运行的有机整体,学习支持服务运行体系由组织架构系统、服务内容系统以及后勤保障系统三部分构成。这三个构成部分相互作用,相互影响。远程教育院校要以动态、发展的观点看待学习支持服务运行体系,应该随着远程教育办学模式的创新、服务内容的拓展、服务手段的更新而适时调整学习支持服务运行体系,并不断地予以完善。深入分析和探讨作为远程教育核心构成的学习支持服务运行体系,对远程教育的质量保障起着非常重要的作用。The operation system of learning support services in distance education is character- ized by constructiveness, operativeness and distributiveness. As an independent operated organic entirety, the operation system composes of three parts, namely organization structure system, serv- ices content system and logistical support system, which are interacting with each other. Distance education schools should adopt a dynamic perspective in the view of the operation system, adjusting and perfecting it with the innovation of the distance education mode, the expansion of the service and the updating of the service methods. Therefore, a thorough analysis and discussion is valuable for distance education schools to construct their operation systems of learning support service and important for their quality assurance.
