发挥高校资源优势 拓宽培训新视野——以武汉大学为例

摘　　要：办好培训基地是学校提高服务能力和办学水平的一个新平台。全国干部教育培训武汉大学高校基地在为干部教育提供培训服务时能适应市场需求,创新体制机制;面向市场定位,彰显办学特色;以市场为导向,构建核心竞争能力;以能力建设为突破口,体现高校特色资源优势。经过三十多年的发展,武汉大学干部教育培训形成了一定的规模,打造了一批以水利水电、测绘、医学等行业干部培训为特色的培训品牌,取得了良好的社会效果,对我国干部教育培训高校基地建设具有一定的借鉴价值。To build a high-caliber training base is a new platform that a university enhances its services and level of running the university. The National Cadre Education and Training Base in Wuhan University offers market-oriented training and attaches great importance to innovation of training mechanism. It is market-oriented and therefore highlights its feature and establishes the core competence of the training base. Take capacity building as the sally port, it shows the resource superiority of university training. Over the past 30-odd year, the base in Wuhan University has de- veloped to a certain scale and established some brand training programs in water resources and hy- droelectric engineering, geodesy and geomatics, medicine and other sectors. This paper introduces the experience of Wuhan University in building its training base in the hope that it will be helpful for other universities to build a high-caliber national cadre education and training base.
