摘  要:构建网络教育质量监控体系,发挥网络教学督导的质量监控和评估作用是保证人才培养质量的重要保障。应以质量保障为核心,构建制度;以督教、督学、督服务、督管理为抓手,完善督导工作机制;加强对网络教学过程的管理、监控和评估,完善督导的信息反馈制度,使之制度化。用好教学督导结论,最后落实到提高教学质量上。To guarantee the quality of online education, it is necessary to establish a quality con- trol system for online education and make full use of the teaching supervision. Quality assurance should be the core of the quality control system. The mechanism of teaching supervision should be improved in teaching monitoring, learning monitoring, service monitoring and management moni- toring. The management, monitoring and assessment of the process of online teaching should be en- hanced and feedbacks of teaching supervision should be institutionalized and be taken advantage of to improve the teaching quality.
