摘　　要：基于管理学的发展,探讨了领导力与执行力的渊源,分析了领导力与执行力的关系,给出了军事领导力与执行力的内涵,由此拓宽了理解军事领导力与执行力的视野。Based on the development of management, this paper discusses the origin of leadership and execution, analyzes the relationship between leadership and executive ability, puts forward the content of the military leadership and execution, and thus broadens the vision of the understanding of the military leadership and execution.
