摘　　要：失语是一种常见的卒中并发症.经颅磁刺激是一种无创性脑部刺激方法.一些病例研究和随机对照试验证实了重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后失语的有效性,但其具体机制尚不完全清楚.Aphasia is a common complication of stroke.Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a noninvasive brain stimulation approach.Some case studies and randomized controlled trials have confirmed the effectiveness of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of poststroke aphasia,but its specific mechanism remains unclear.
