摘　　要：八纲辨证的意义在于为临床诊疗中脏腑辨证、经络辨证、六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证、气血津液辨证、病因辨证等中医具体辨证的实施提供一个思想方法,即指导着"具体辨证"的实施。可以说,从事中医临床医疗工作者在诊疗疾病过程中在不知不觉中受益于八纲辨证的指导。The eight principal syndromes significance is to provide a method for the implementation of internal organs,main and collateral channels in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation of the six meridians,weiqiyingxue syndrome differentiation,triple energizer,Qi blood syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation of TCM syndrome differentiation of specific,so to speak,Engaged in the clinical medical workers in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease process imperceptibly to benefit from the eight class differentiation guidance.
