摘　　要：四川是全国第二大藏区,拥有国家非物质文化遗产"甘孜州南派藏医药"。成都中医药大学自1994年开办藏医学教育以来,以民族医学博士点及四川省重点学科建设为依托,积极开展以继承和创新相结合的教育教学改革,提出了特色鲜明的藏医学本科专业"一中心、四结合"复合型人才培养模式的改革思路,即"以提高藏医临床综合能力为中心,藏医院校教育与师承教育相结合、传统藏医学与中西医诊疗技能相结合、藏医教学与科研相结合、藏汉双语教学相结合"的"一中心、四结合",培养了一批民族地区急需和紧缺的藏医学专门人才,改善了藏医学临床从业队伍的学历结构,为藏医学本科专业建设和改革起到了示范和带动作用。Sichuan is the second largest Tibetan inhabited area, is an important birthplace of National Intangible Cultural Heritage,＂Southern Tibetan medicine of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture＂. Since 1994, with doctoral program and provincial key discipline construction as the basis, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had been offered Tibetan medicine education, and actively reformed a combination of inheritance and innovation of Tibetan medicine education for the existing talents training mode;gradually building a distinctive the combination of ＂one center, four combination＂, the connotation includes the following definitinn：＂one center＂ is improve the clinical comprehensive ability training mode of Tibetan medicine,＂four combination＂ are combine with the Tibetan medicine school education and apprentice education, combine with treatment skills of traditional Tibetan Medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, combine with teaching and research, combine with Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teaching, this mode had trained a batch of Tibetan medicine talents which needed in minority areas, and improved the educational structure of the Tibetan medicine clinical team, and played an exemplary and leading role for Tibetan medical bachelor degree construction and reform.
