摘 要:目的探讨深海鱼油对人体的安全性和降血脂作用。方法将120名符合条件的志愿者按血清TC水平分层随机分为试食组和对照组,试食组连续服用深海鱼油60 d,对照组服用安慰剂,然后分别测定两组人群血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平以及各项生理生化指标。结果试食组血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平均有下降,试食前后自身比较及试食后的组间比较结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验前后两组人群除血脂外各项生理生化指标均未见异常。结论深海鱼油可以降低高血脂人群的血脂水平,且对人体健康无损害作用。Objective To examine the human safety and antihyperlipidemic effects of deep-sea fish oil. Methods One hundred and twenty qualified volunteers were randomly divided into testing and control groups according to the total cholesterol(TC) levels in the serum. The volunteers in the testing group were given deep-sea fish oil and the others in the control group were given placebos for60 days. At the end of the experiment, physiologic and biochemical index of volunteers were examined, including TC, triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterin(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterin(LDL-C) levels in the serum. Results The TC, TG and LDL-C levels of the testing group decreased significantly after given deep-sea fish oil(P〈0.01); There were no significant differences between the testing and control groups in physiologic and biochemical index during the test except blood lipid.Conclusion Deep-sea fish oil is safe for human and has antihyperlipidemic effect in the current study.
