浅谈强化理论在乘务组飞行管理中的应用

摘　　要：强化理论的应用是做好乘务组飞行管理可资借鉴的手段和方式,应用强化理论有利于提高服务质量和工作效率,促进航班工作的正常运行。针对目前乘务组特点,合理使用强化理论的多种方式,可以在乘务组飞行管理中实现正向目标的达成。强化理论在民航服务岗位基层管理中的应用还有应注意的各项技术性问题。The application of reinforcement theory is the referential means and ways to do the flight crew management, which is beneficial to improving service quality, work efficiency, and promoting the normal operation of the flights. Ac- cording to the current characteristics of the crew, the reinforcement theory should be used by a variety of ways to attain positive goals in the flight crew management, and should be paid attention to the technical problems in the application of grass - root management of the flight crew.
