摘　　要：身处基层的地方本科院校辅导员在角色定位上出现"保姆"与"导师"的张力,其中"保姆"角色居于主导地位,"导师"角色退于边缘位置。究其原因,有主观、客观和环境方面的因素。因此,只有环境上凸显辅导员的"导师"角色,建立人性的辅导员升迁与分流机制,主观上提高辅导员的自身素质,才能走出困境。Instructors of local universities who are in the basic level fall into the dilemma that the role is“babysitter”or“tutor”, it means that the role of“babysitter”occupies a dominant position, and the role of“tutor”is marginalized. The factors of subjective, objective and environment account for this result. Only in this way that the role of“tutor”is highlighted, the humane mechanism of promotion and triage are built, the instructor’s quality is improved, instructors can get rid of this dilemma.
