摘 要:以平顶山新区为例,基于生态安全格局理论和GIS、RS空间技术,运用最小累积阻力模型,构建了生态用地综合安全格局,并划定了禁建区、限建区和适建区。结果显示:(1)研究区最小生态用地(禁建区)面积为97.89km2,主要包括重要的生态"源"及其周边一定范围内的湿地、林地、草地等;中、高水平生态用地(限建区)面积共计69.48km2;适建区的面积为127.63km2,集中分布在新区的中部至西北部。(2)生态用地安全格局的构建,将显著提高新区内生态"源"地间的连通性和生态过程的连续性。基于安全格局理论的生态规划方法,为城市生态用地定量研究和科学规划以及"三区"划定提供了新的空间途径。研究成果旨在为平顶山新区的空间布局规划和生态规划提供决策依据,也为其他同类地区的生态用地规划提供借鉴。With Pingdingshan city newly developed area as an example, based on ecological security pattern theory and GIS, RS spatial technology, the minimum cumulative resistance model was applied to build security pattern for ecological land, and the study area was delimit as prohibited zone, restricted zone, and suitable zone. The results showed that: (1) The area of the smallest ecological land (prohibited zone) is 97.89kmz, including the important ecological " Source" and its surrounding wet land, woodland and grassland; a total area of medium and high security levels (restricted zone) is 69.48kmZ; the suitable zone for construction is 127.63km~, concentrated in the central and northwestern district. (2) The connectivity among ecological " source" and continuity of ecological processes will be significantly improved, by constructing ecological land security pattern. The ecological land planning approach, based on the theory of ecological security pattern, could provided a new spatial way for quantitative research and scientific planning of urban ecological land, and delimitation of " three zones". This method aims to provide a defensible decision-making basis for spatial layout planning and urban ecological planning in Pingdingshan newly developed area, and ecological land planning in other similar areas.
