摘 要:从交通系统与土地利用协调发展的角度分析,局部用地开发强度过大是导致城市交通拥堵的重要原因之一。对此,提出一种可有效抑制用地开发强度过大、基于交通微观仿真系统的用地开发强度反馈方法,并从背景交通流量预测、微观仿真平台搭建、用地开发强度反馈、公交影响评价等几个方面阐述了该理论主要内容。最后,通过与现行交通影响评价体制的比较,得出了其可从根本上改变"先用地,后交通"的现行规划模式结论。Too large land development intensity is one of the important causes of urban traffic congestion from the prospective of coordinated development between traffic system and land use. To solve this problem, this paper propose a feedback method that can inhibit the land development intensity effectively, is based on the traffic microscopic simulation. This paper describes the main content of this feedback theory from different facets, there are forecast of background traffic demand, microscopic simulation platform building, feedback of land development intensity and evaluation of the effects of the bus. Finally, through comparing the traffic impact analysis with the feedback theory, this paper draws a conclusion that the feedback theory can change the current mode of planning that is "first land, after traffic" basically.
