摘 要:为延长芍药(Paeonia lactiflora)切花的保鲜期,探讨保鲜期过程中矿质元素含量的变化动态,观测了室内基本瓶插液(蔗糖30g/L+8-羟基喹啉200mg/L+柠檬酸150mg/L)中分别添加不同浓度的GA、青霉素、PPP333、B9、CCC后,对芍药切花(品种为春晓)花径、观花期与K+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量的变化。结果表明:GA 100mg/L可以使芍药切花最大花径最长,为16.1cm;CCC 200mg/L盛花期天数最长,为5.6d;瓶插寿命以PP333200mg/L最长,为12.3d。不同植物生长调节剂下芍药切花瓶插期间花瓣的K+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量均是先升后降。PP333200mg/L处理的芍药切花第7天时K+、Mg2+的含量均达到最高,分别为1.69mg/L DW、1.86mg/L DW,在第13天时切花存活且Ca2+含量未显著降低;其他处理中,适宜浓度的GA、青霉素、PP333、B9、CCC可有效减缓无机离子K+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量的降低。PP333200mg/L处理的芍药切花保鲜效果最好。In order to prolong Cut flowers of P.lactiflora,the dynamic change of Mineral Element Content was studied.Cut flowers of P.lactiflora ‘Chunxiao ’were held in different solutions,which added of containing the plant growth regulators GA, Penicillin, PP333 , B9 and CCC at different concentrations based on the basic preservative (30 g/L S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+ 150 mg/L CA),to study K+,Ca2+,Mg2+ mineral nutrient of cut peony flowers.The results showed that maximum diameter of cut peony flower with 100 mg/L concentration of GA was 16.1 cm,which was the biggest size,the days of flowering stage of cut peony flower with 200 mg/L concentration of CCC were 5.6 days,which were the longest.Vase life of cut peony flower with 200 mg/L concentration of PP333 was 12.3 days,which was the longest.K+,Ca2+and Mg2+ Contents of petals of cut peony flowers in different plant growth regulators rised,then declined,and the treatment with 200 mg/L concentration of PP333 exhibited the best effects,on the 7th day,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+ contents in which treatment were maximum,1.69 mg/L DW,0.11 mg/L DW,1.86mg/L DW,respectively.Meanwhile,cut flowers had the hemagglutinating activity when Ca2+contents were degraded lightly on 13th day.Treatment with suitable concentration of GA,Penicillin, PP333 ,B9 or CCC could effectively increase content of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+.The treatment with 200 mg/L concentration of PP333 exhibited the best effects.
