摘 要:在快速城镇化背景下,农村居民点空间布局调整面临着很多亟待解决的技术问题,为给农村居民点空间布局优化提供理论依据,基于城乡统筹和用地节约的基本理念,以城乡空间布局调整和人口转移同步协调发展为目标,针对农村居民点空间布局优化的技术问题进行研究,构建了农村居民点空间布局调整目标定量识别模型、调整过程综合控制体系和调整方案弹性实施机制。以河南省济源市梨林镇为试点,结合梨林镇总体规划对以上技术进行集成验证,结果表明,各项技术应用路径和实施方案设计合理,具有较强的可操作性。In the background of rapid urbanization,rural space layout adj ustment faces many problems to be resolved.In order to provide a theoretical basis for rural space layout optimization,based on the fundamental philosophy, the authors studied on the technical problem about adj ustment of the space layout,which aimed at the coordinated development of the space layout adj ustment and rural-urban migration in the process of rapid urbanization.The model for quantitative recognition adj ustment target of the rural residential space layout and the system of the adj ustment process control and the elastic implementation mechanism of the adjustment scheme were constructed.Taking Lilin Town in Jiyuan City of Henan Province as the pilot,the integrated tests on the above key technology were performed combined with the general planning of Lilin Town.The results showed that the path of key technology application and implementation scheme design were reasonable with a stronger operability.
