技术共享与成本共担的合作创新模式

摘　　要：讨论了企业之间同时存在技术共享和成本共担动机的合作创新模式.通过一个两阶段博弈模型,讨论了企业的技术共享程度β和成本共担程度θ对合作创新模式的影响.研究发现,当β>2(2/(1+θ))^(1/2)-1时,企业将采用协商的技术共享与成本共担模式;反之,将采用完全成本共担模式.进一步,通过案例说明企业如何选择合作创新模式.This paper discusses the cooperative innovation pattern for the techno-sharing and cost-dividing motive. By a two-stage game model, we discuss the infiunce to the cooper-ative pattern by the techno-sharing degreeβ and cost-dividing degreeθ, and discover that the cooperative techno-sharing and cost-dividing pattern will be adopted with β〉√2/（1＋θ-1 otherwsie adopt complete cost-dividing pattern. Furthermore, cases are provided to illustrate how the firms determine the cooperative innovation pattern.
