摘　　要：通常 ,在Windows中图像的滚动需要很强的技巧。本文介绍一种通过直接利用视觉效应及SDK函数StretchDIBits ()实现图像滚动的捷径 。In Windows,as often the case,it need very strong skill to implement the roll of picture.This paper introduces a shortcut of the roll of picture by directly applying effect of visu?al sense and StretchDIBits() function of SDK to implement it, evading the complex means by adding other components. [
