摘　　要：通过循证和专家咨询法构建了16项本土化的护理质量敏感性指标,按照指标监测流程的相关步骤进行实施,获得了比较好的成效。认为在指标监测过程中尤其要关注护理质量敏感性指标的科学性和可行性,原始数据收集的可靠性和便捷性,需要用标准化的护理语言发展护理信息系统和国家、地区的指标数据库,以便进行数据分享和持续质量改进。In this study we established sixteen localized sensitivity indexes for estimating quality of nursing by using evidence-based methods and experts consultation, which were implemented according to the related steps of indexes monitoring process, and preferable results were achieved. In addition, we conclude that in the process of monitoring procedure, it is of critical importance to focus on both scientiifcity and feasibility of the sensitivity indexes, and meanwhile we should pay much attention to both reliability and convenience of the original data collection. Finally, standardized nursing language should be used in developing nursing information systems as well as national/regional standard databases in order to facilitate data sharing and continuous nursing quality improvement.
