摘  要:注重能力考查是高考内容改革的核心价值目标。高考命题要实现对能力考查的真正体现,需要根据高等学校选拔人才需求,进一步研究各学科知识体系,细致分析各学科能力组成,建立能力考查结构框架;需要深入研究各种题型及其功能,进一步优化试卷结构;需要进一步改进评分办法(或标准),尤其是对开放性试题的评分,不仅要关注问题解决的结果,也要重视考生在解决问题过程中对问题的合理理解和思考,在此基础上,建立科学、操作性强且以能力性向评价为主的评分细目表,以确保评价的信度。Laying stress on the ability test is the key value purpose of reforming the contents in College Entrance Examination. In order to realize the goal of testing ability, it’s important to research the knowledge system and the ability composition of different subjects according to the standards of selecting talents for the colleges, then setting up a structure framework to test ability. We need also study on the question types and functions of different subjects to improve the test structure. It is necessary to study and better the methods of test paper scoring, especially the open-ended items. It is also esstiential to pay attention to both the question-solving results and the reasonable understanding and thoughts in the process of question solving. Based on that, a detailed catalogue of requirements of exam questions mainly to check the ability scientifically and practically is to be established, ensuring the test reliability.
