摘  要:采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对厚壁筒形件热拉深工艺进行模拟,优化了预制坯、凸模结构,设计了合理的变形过程。在10 MN液压机上进行了工艺试验,将试验结果与模拟结果进行了对比分析。结果表明凸、凹模间隙是影响筒体锻件尺寸及操作难易程度的重要参数,间隙值应为1.5~1.6倍预制坯法兰边缘厚度,间隙太小导致脱模困难,间隙太大导致锻件变形。The hot drawing process of thick-wall cylinders was simulated by using DEFORM-3 D finite element software. The preforming billet and the structure of punch were optimized. The reasonable deformation process was designed. The process experiments are carried on 10 MN hydraulic press. The test results were compared with the simulation results. The results show that: clearance between punch and die is important parameter of influencing cylinder forgings dimension and operation difficulty degree. The clearance value should be 1.5-1.6 times of the preform flange edge thickness, and the too small clearance leads to that die unloading is difficult; too large clearance leads to forging deformtion.
