摘　　要：非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)是一类除mRNA、tRNA和rRNA以外,不编码蛋白质却能发挥功能的RNA分子,包括微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)。胃癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率在中国及其他东亚等国家居高不下。近年来研究显示,miRNA和lncRNA表达水平的改变与胃癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗和预后密切相关。因此,本文就miRNA在胃癌诊断、预后和治疗方面的研究进展以及与胃癌有关的6种lncRNA作一简要综述。Non-coding RNAs （ncRNA） are RNA molecules which do not code proteins but do work, excluding mRNA, tRNA and rRNA, and including microRNA （miRNA） and long non-coding RNA （IncRNA）. Gastric cancer is one of the most common human malignancies and has a higher morbidity in East Asian countries including China. The recent studies indicate that the expression levels of miRNA and IncRNA are associated with the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer. This article reviews the research in the current status of miRNAs related with the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer as well as six IncRNAs linked to gastric cancer.
