摘　　要：通过与两端点直线法和最小区域法对比的方法 ,利用最小二乘原理 ,介绍了采用最小二乘直线法求取直线度误差的方法 。By compare with two_end straight_line_method and minimum area method, based on the principle of least square , the way of evaluating misalignment error is introduced by using the least square straight_line_method. And the feasibility of this evaluating way is also discussed.
