腹内压升高与老年消化性溃疡出血的相关性研究及干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹内压升高与老年消化性溃疡出血之间的关系及其治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年5月至2013年5月接诊的100例老年消化性溃疡出血患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。其中,研究组患者皆为腹内压升高患者,对照组患者患者腹内压相对正常。观察期消化性溃疡的出血发生率。结果:腹内压升高对老年消化溃疡出血有着重要的影响。研究组中,有22例患者出现了出血,出血率为44%;对照组中,有8例患者出现了出血,出血率为16%。二者相比较,其差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:腹内压升高对老年胃溃疡出血有着重要影响,积极采取相关措施控制腹内压可以减少老年消化性溃疡出血的发生率,对患者病情的好转有着积极的影响。Objective：To investigate the relationshipbetween the increase of intraabdominal pressure withsenile peptic ulcer hemorrhage and its treatmentmeasures.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in our hospital from 2012 May to 2013 May were, divided into study group and control group, each group of 50 cases. Among them, the study group patients were elevated in patients with intra-abdominal pressure,patients in the control group patients with intra-abdominalpressure relative to normal. Observation of bleedingpeptic ulcer incidence. Results：Elevated intra-abdominal pressure has an important influence on the elderly patients with peptic ulcer bleeding. The study group, 22 patients had hemorrhage, bleeding rate was 44%; control group, 8 patients had hemorrhage, bleeding rate was 16%. The two comparison, the difference was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion：The elevated intra-abdominal pressures has an important impact on the elderly patients with gastric ulcer bleeding, and actively take relevant measures to control the intra-abdominal pressure canreduce senile peptic ulcer bleeding rate, has a positiveeffect on patients with better.
