康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2011年1月-2013年1月收治的80例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组：实验组40例、对照组40例。对照组患者单用雷贝拉唑进行治疗,实验组患者采用雷贝拉唑、康复新液联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状疗效、内镜疗效及不良反应情况。结果：实验组患者的临床症状总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组（85.0%）,P〈0.05；经内镜检查,实验组患者的总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的90.0%,P〈0.05。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论：雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗老年反流性食管炎,具有安全性高、个体差异小、抑酸起效快等优点,可迅速缓解患者的反酸、胃灼热、胸骨后疼痛等临床不适症状,治疗效果显著优于单用雷贝拉唑,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the Clinical Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Rabeprazole in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Reflux Esophagitis.Methods： Selected 80 cases of reflux esophagitis of our hospital in January 2011-January 2013 as research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group of 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients. One control group of patients treated with rabeprazole, the experimental group were treated with rabeprazole, rehabilitation new liquid combination therapy were compared the efficacy of clinical symptoms, endoscopic efficacy and adverse reactions.Results：The clinical symptoms of the experimental group total effective rate was 97.5%, significantly higher （85.0%）,P〈0.05;endoscopic examination, the experimental group of patients with total efficiency （100.0%） was significantly higher （90.0%）,P〈0.05.Two groups of patients during treatment no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Rabeprazole joint rehabilitation new liquid treatment of senile reflux esophagitis, high security, a small individual differences, rapid onset of acid suppression, etc., can quickly link patients with acid reflux, heartburn, chest pain and other clinical discomfort symptoms, the treatment effect was significantly better than single rabeprazole, should be widely applied.
