喉鳞状细胞癌中MDM2、Rb蛋白表达意义研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨MDM2、Rb蛋白表达在喉鳞状细胞癌中的诊治价值。方法:采用免疫组化法对鳞状细胞癌组、癌前病变组、声带息肉组、癌周正常组患者MDM2、Rb蛋白表达进行检测,分析其与肿瘤变化的关系。结果:喉鳞状细胞癌组、癌前病变组、声带息肉组、癌周正常组MDM2检测结果逐渐下降,鳞状细胞癌组最高,且组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;四组Rb检测结果逐渐升高,鳞状细胞最小,P<0.05;MDM2与Rb蛋白表达在喉鳞状癌患者中呈负相关性(Rs=-0.563,P<0.05)。结论:MDM2、Rb蛋白表达可以作为预测早期喉鳞状细胞癌的依据。Objective：To investigate the expression of MDM2 and Rb Protein for laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods：Immunohistochemical staining was used for squamous cell carcinoma group, precancerous lesions group, vocal cord polyps group and peritumoral patients to determine the MDM2 and Rb protein expression, and the changes and the relationship with the tumor were analyzed.Results：The MDM2 of the squamous cell carcinoma group, precancerous lesions group, vocal cord polyps group and peritumoral group was gradually decline, which was the highest in the squamous cell carcinoma group（P〈0.05）. While the Rb was gradually increased and the squamous cell carcinoma group was the least（P〈0.05）. There was negative correlationbetween the MDM2 and Rb protein expression in laryngeal squamous carcinoma （Rs=-0.563, P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The MDM2 and Rb protein expression might be a predictor basis of early laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
