摘　　要：随着信息和经济的高速发展，传统的企业信息系统难以满足不断变化的环境。文章在简要介绍CORBA体系结构后，总结了利用CORBA技术开发信息系统的步骤，并通过应用实例说明了基于CORBA的企业信息系统具有可移植性、易集成性和柔性的特点。： With the rapid development of information and economy，the traditionary enterprise information system is hard to cope with the changes of environment．This paper first simply introduces the architecture of CORBA，and then summarizes the process of designing information system based on CORBA．According to an application the authors have done，the enterprise information system based on CORBA is proved to have the abilities of transplantable，integrated and flexible．
