摘　　要：通过对高校适应新时期社会经济发展要求的分析，论述了高校科技成果管理工作应以知识管理为基础，建立开放式、市场化的运作系统，促进知识的生产、转移和产业化，并针对目前高校科技成果管理中存在的知识成果定价问题、管理体制和机制问题、网络信息化管理问题和管理人才问题等提出了相应的对策．By analysing requirement of university adapting development of social economy, we discuss administration of university technical and scientific achievements which should be constructed into an open and marketizemently operation system on the base of knowledge management in order to promote production, transportation and industrialization of knowledge. Furthermore, we provide corresponding solution in the light of several questions, such as knowledge achievement value, management system and mechanism, problems of informationizemently network management and person qualified managers.
