摘 要:目的了解创伤骨科护士在疼痛管理中的真实体验及诉求,为疼痛管理的深化和提升奠定基础。方法采用质性研究的方法,对15名参与疼痛管理工作的创伤骨科护士进行面对面的深入访谈,并对访谈结果采用Colaizzi分析法进行分析。结果创伤骨科护士认为围手术期的疼痛管理工作需要团队的通力配合,在参与疼痛管理的过程中护士自我价值感和专业知识均得以提升,但面临在今后的工作中如何提高疼痛管理质量、如何与跨专业人员更好地合作的困惑,期望获得更加系统的培训。结论护理管理者应采取有效措施,提升疼痛管理团队的配合度,同时不断为护士提供系统化的培训机会,提高其疼痛管理水平。Objective To explore traumatic orthopedic nurses'experiences and demands of participation in perioperative pain management, so as to provide reference for improving pain management in the future. Methods The qualitative research method was adopted,and 15 traumatic orthopedic nurses who participated in pain management were received face to face in - depth interviews. The Colaizzi analysis program were employed to analyzed the data. Results Orthopedic trauma nurses considered that perioperative pain management needed cooperation of professionals, patients and their family members. Nurses'self - esteem and specialized knowledge were improved in the process of pain management. However, their confusion existed in improving the quality of pain management and interdisciplinary cooperation. And nurses expected more systematic training. Condusion Nursing managers need to take effective measures to improve the cooperation of pain management team, provide nurses systematic training opportunities constantly, and improve nurses'pain management level.
