海边月见草种子油中脂肪酸组成的分析

摘　　要：采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了海边月见草种子油中的脂肪酸组成及含量 ,结果表明 :种子油中脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸为主 ,尤以亚油酸含量最高 ,达 80 .1 2 % ,并含有一定量的γ-亚麻酸 ;同时对海边月见草两个不同产地 ,两种生长季节 ,3种不同成熟度的种子中各种脂肪酸的含量进行了比较测定和分析 。The fatty acid in seed oil of Oenothera littaralis Schlect were determined by a method of capillary GC. The results showed: The major components of fatty acid in seed oil were unsaturated acid, especially the relative contents of linoleic acid is the highest ,about 80 12%.And it contains γ linolenic acid. Besides, the contents of fatty acids in the oil samples from seeds of two different habitat, two kinds of growing period and three different maturation phase were analyzed comparatively .It furnished scientific evidence for the exploitation and utilization of O.littoralis Schlelt.
