两种芫菁生殖系统比较解剖及大斑芫菁生殖腺组织学探究

摘　　要：通过对细纹豆芫菁 ( Epicauta mannerheimi)和大斑芫菁 ( Mylabrisphalerata)成虫的生殖腺解剖 ,并对大斑芫菁成虫的生殖腺进行组织学研究 ,发现两种芫菁在生殖腺形态上的异同与其分类地位有关 .对大斑芫菁生殖腺组织学特征进行了描述 。The adult reproductive system of Epicauta mannerheimi and Mylabris phalerata were dissected and a histological study was made on the reproductive gland of Myllabris phalirata . The result showed that the morphological differences and similarities of reproductive glands in two beetles had relations to their taxonomic status. Histological characteristics of reproductive gland,were described and its relations to the cantharidin stored and transferred within or between the adults were discussed.
