摘  要:目的:构建基于平衡计分卡(BSC)和关键绩效指标(KPI)的绩效考核指标体系,并通过信息化途径实现。方法:采用Delphi法对10名专家进行3轮咨询,确定绩效考核指标,并运用移动考评技术进行绩效考核。结果:确定了包含4个一级指标、7个二级指标及与各岗位相适应的三级指标的护理绩效考核系统,并实现了移动考评方式。结论:护理单元绩效考核指标体系的构成合理,能够对护理行为的过程和结果产生正面导向作用,移动考评的实现,拓展了移动护理的应用空间,提高了护理质量及护理管理者的工作效率。Objective:To build the performance assessment index system based on the balanced scorecard (BSC) and the key performance indicators (KPI) and realize through the informatization approach.Method:With the Delphi method,three rounds of consultation are conducted for 10 experts to determine the performance assessment indicators,and the performance assessment is completed with the mobile evaluation technology.Results:The nursing performance assessment system containing 4 first-level indicators,7 second-level indexes and third-level indexes corresponding to each position is determined,and the mobile assessment mode is realized.Conclusion:The nursing unit performance assessment index has reasonable structure.It has the positive guiding role on the process and results of nursing behaviors.The realization of the mobile assessment expands the application space of mobile nursing,and improves the nursing quality and the work efficiency of the nursing managers.
